In Pueblo Inglés we are looking for counselors to work in our summer programmes. Do you like working with children? JOB DESCRIPTION • Supervising daily recreational and social activities for groups of students. • Explaining activities, playing games, and instructing workshops: sports, arts and crafts, theatre, music, dance, etc... Participants will rely on you to guide them through their activities, and you must have both the charisma to work with a group and the sensitivity to listen to the individual. • Making sure the campers speak and hear as much English as possible. • Enforcing safety rules and regulations and ensuring the safety and well-being of the campers. • This demanding role requires constant energy and enthusiasm. You will be a role model, teacher, mediator, comedian, and friend. In these residential camps, you'll be with the children 24 hours a day. • Overseeing appropriate behaviour at mealtimes. • Chaperoning on the bus trip from Madrid to the venue and back. ENGLISH TEACHER IN VIGO, PONTEVEDRA

Here at La Casita de Inglés, we believe that learning should be fun! We teach English to children through games, arts & crafts, singing and dancing, theatre, yoga and baking! Almost all of the planning is provided for you, with teachers only having to tailor some of the ideas provided to them related to the topic of the week (outer space, sports, science, food, mindfulness, music, nature, etc.) to their specific groups. We don’t carry out exams and only require teachers to fill out progress reports every trimester. Classes are small and interactive, with a maximum of 8 children per class in our after-school programme (although this number can occasionally reach a maximum of 10 if students need to make up on any given week). Our classes typically run from: Mondays - Thursdays 17:30-19:30 (15€/hour after tax) and Saturdays 11:00 - 13:00 (20€/hour after tax). It is not necessary to work every day, although we prefer you work with us for a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week. Here at La Casita de Inglés, we believe that learning should be fun! We teach English to children through games, arts & crafts, singing and dancing, theatre, yoga and baking! Almost all of the planning is provided for you, with teachers only having to tailor some of the ideas provided to them related to the topic of the week (outer space, sports, science, food, mindfulness, music, nature, etc.) to their specific groups. We don’t carry out exams and only require teachers to fill out progress reports every trimester. Classes are small and interactive, with a maximum of 8 children per class in our after-school programme (although this number can occasionally reach a maximum of 10 if students need to make up on any given week).
