Hello! We have a furnished, individual room available in the center of Madrid (metro Tirso de Molina or Anton Martin) in a shared flat with two young people who work and study. There is one girl and one guy, both clean, friendly and respectful. The rent is 400€/month, all utilities included (internet too!) A deposit of one month's rent is asked, with an option to pay half of the deposit the first month and half the second month if needed.
