There is a room in a flat to rent in Malasaña by the 1st of January. Its interior and large. Full bed, dresser and wardrobe. There are already linens and such. The flat is with 3 other Americans who have been here for almost 3 years. The rent is 280 a month gastos separate. The location is kinda unreal. The flat is ON Calle Fuencarral between the shopping strip and metro tribunal and walking distance from metro Alonso Martinez. The flat is American style with everything already stocked.
