Room for rent for 2 months (Jan/Feb 2012)

Due to the internship abroad (from 14.01 till 1.03) I am offering for rent my cozy room in our wonderful flat. It is 350/month + bills.
It is very well situated and has good connection(metro Colombia and bus just in front of the house).  There are 3 bedrooms, a living room,a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
It is very quiet; my flat mates (2 guys) are the students of IE Business School.
