Katy, Andra and Jorge are looking for a new flatmate.
The flat is located just three blocks from Retiro´s Park, the flat is renovated and it has 4 rooms all of them have window, two baths, kitchen, living room and and HUGE terrace. 
The room is so comfy; It has a single bed, closet and desk.
The Zone is well located, you have all that you need, banks, supermarkets, subway,bus, etc and the Retiros Park . 
Of course, we have WIFI, TV, WII, etc.
