Coordinator academy - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN KIDS&US

We are looking into hiring someone that has worked in a Kids&Us before, in order to become the coordinator of our academy in Mirasierra, Madrid.
It would be a 24h weekly contract from Monday to Friday, 5h from Monday to Thursday and 3h on Friday, starting around 15:30 and finishing at 20:30h.

Needs to be very fluent in English and native in Spanish, or able to write and read perfectly. 

The position of coordination in our academies includes:
- making sure teachers follow the methodology, teach them ,give them feedback, support them...
- carrying out oral tests
- supporting children when needed
- meetings with parents and families
- organizing fun activities for carnaval, xmas...
- organization of material
