400 euros. 1 bedroom flat

Hi I am renting a one bedroom flat for the months of August, September and October. Price is 400 euros. Flat is 30 second walk from metro and there are buses running frequently to atocha and sol. Would be perfect for someone coming to Madrid for a work placement or for a language course or as a stepping stone whilst you look for your perfect flat. Cheers mark
