Lovely room in La Latina

Lovely Room Available in 3 bedroom flat in quiet street in La Latina. Just 5 mins from Plaza Mayor. The room has a double bed, window, wardrobe, desk etc...There are two people living in the flat, a boy from Italy, and me, a girl from Argentina. We are both working professionals. Spanish and English is primarily spoken in the flat. We are looking for either a boy or girl between the ages of 25-35.The room is 370 euros including bills, which are usually between 30-50 per month which includes elec, water, gas, wifi....We also ask for one months deposit and a long term stay.Feel free to contact me to arrange a viewing.
