Double room in Goya

Hola chicos, tengo una habitación doble en alquiler en Goya, € 325 al mes (gastos no incluidos). Desde el 1 de Septiembre durante doce meses. El apartamento está situado en una calle principal y está en una excelente ubicación. Las paradas de metro Goya y Lista están a dos minutos a pie. Preferiblemente estoy buscando un hablante nativo de Espanol.

Hi Guys, I have a double room to rent in Goya, 325 euro a month (bills not included). From the 1st of September for twelve months. The apartment is located on a high street and is in an excellent location. The Goya and Lista metro stops are within two minutes walking distance. I am preferably seeking a native Spanish speaker.
