Bedroom available in Embajadores from today!

Hello Chicos y chicas. I am moving out of my piso today and my single room with a balcony in the Embajadores area is now available! My piso is just a stonesthrow away from Lavapies, it takes no more than 30 minutes to walk to Plaza Mayor, and 4 minutes away from the Rastro! I have 4 different banks on my street and 2 supermarkets and a huge chino either side of the flat and some super cheap bars nearby! The room is small but it has a nice balcony that is a great relief in the summer! You will be sharing with one or two other flatmates and the rent is 340Euros which covers everything except gas that is usually 10euros a month
