I have a room for rent- one month from June to July. I think you can work with the company to rent it for more time, but the month of June is under my contract and I need someone else to take it over. Right off Gran Via, close to Plaza de España and many Metros, great location! Awesome roommates and NICE apartment.  Rent is 580 + 45 utilities
