Rent a room in a big house with swimmingpool (girls only)

A room for rent in a reformed big house 340m2. It has its own bathroom. Big bed(140x200cm). The price includes internet, electricity, heating and water.

We are currently 3 people sharing the house and we are looking for a fourth element(girl). Room  available from July. 

All expenses (internet, electricity, heating and water) are included in the price except the cleaning, once a week, which is a shared expense.

Very quiet and well connected. We speak English and French.

The house is hot in winter because of the central heating.
 It  is close from Somosaguas campus. Direct bus 563. Also very close from Moncloa 15-20 min in bus. Very well placed if you study in La Complutense/Ciudad Universitaria.

Among others facilities there is a swimming pool openned during the summer. Garden with BBQ. HD projector with huge screen in the salon.
