Double room to rent from July, 1st (Tetuan)
I'm moving out of my flat in Tetuan, great area near plaza de Castilla and Nuevos Ministerios full of companies for you, English teachers.
The flat is to be shared with only one girl, the room and flat are quite big and quiet, it's right next to the metro Tetuan, it's got central heating so that you always feel warm and nice during dark winter, it's 320e a month, and the bills about 50e a month.(girls only said the landlord)
