Quiet place in lavapies 320

Located right next to Parque Casino de la Reina, we're located in an area that is prohibited for vehicles without a permit. Therefore it is very quiet. Less than one block from the Rastro and a couple blocks from Mercado San Fernando, our apartment has an excellent location. 

I'm looking to take my room preferably in August, although I am open to leaving in July or September. 

Best living situation I have had while here, living with a 24 Basque actor.
