I’m leaving my superbly located, quiet and comfortable flat for the summer so need someone to sublet it for July and August (and potentially September too). The room features a brand new double bed, spacious wardrobe, bedside table, large desk and window opening onto a silent courtyard. Additionally, it comes with a 28 inch TV with remote and HDMI cable, Xbox 360 (with games and a controller), and two fans, for all your entertainment and relaxation needs. The flat has a fully complete kitchen with oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer; one bathroom and two WCs; and a large storage room. There are two other friendly, chilled and quiet flatmates speaking Spanish and English. It’s located 30 seconds from the Tirso de Molina metro and a mere 4 minute walk from Sol, with supermarkets, a cinema, gym, restaurants, bars and clubs literally just around the corner.
