We have a room available in our lovely big apartment in the center of Madrid (look at the pictures!!!), it is just 15 minutes on walk from Sol and Plaza Mayor. The flat is situated right in the center of Madrid next to the royal palace and the cathedral, in front of the river. Principe Pío station. It's a beautiful area and well commuted with metros Principe Pío (10, 6 & direct line to Opera) and Puerta de Angel (line 6) , cercanias, bus station, and buses to Sol, Atocha, Opera and many other places a few steps from the door!. The room is very big, 335€ a month plus bills (no more than 20 euros per month).
You would be sharing with three lovely young people, who are workers around 25 years old, very sociable and easy to get on with

Tenemos una habitación libre en nuestro piso compartido, con gente joven y trabajadora. Habitación muy grande con cama de matrimonio.
Precio 335 euros/mes más gastos que suelen ser unos 20-25 euros al mes por persona, nunca hemos pagado más. El piso es de cuatro habitaciones y tenemos dos baños.
Somos dos chicos españoles de 26 años y trabajadores y una chica de Estados Unidos profesora de inglés de 24. El piso está en el centro de Madrid, en una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad, frente al Madrid Río, a 5 minutos de la parada de metro de Príncipe Pio y de Puerta del Ángel, a 15 minutos andando de la Plaza Mayor y Sol. Portero físico. 
Preferible gente joven, ordenada y no fumadora.
