Nice, big room for rent (July, August)

I rent my room in a big shared flat with one person. In the flat there are 3 rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. It's all exterior and very comfortable, 15 minutes from the city center by metro. 300 euros/month all included.
