Cheap Rooms by the Rio to rent from July

Hi guys. I am an English teacher from Ireland and I am looking for two flatmates. I am not the landlord by the way but he is a nice guy. There are three rooms in the flat including my own and one bathroom, kitchen, living room. Each room costs 265 euros per month plus bills and the flat is located at 25 calle Caramuel  a two minute walk from puerta del Angel metro. If interested send me an email!
