We are looking for a friendly, prof, and clean person who is non-smoking.  The flat is very large with 2 balconies to relax.
Large park 3 mins walk away and on a main road next to many shops and bars. 10 minutes máximum to Plaza De Castilla.
Closest metro is line 1 Valdeacederas on Calle Bravo Murillo.
A larger doublé room 320pm will be available also in June. Male or female.
