Companero de piso???
Hi everyone,
I've been house hunting for a while now and it's starting to become a bit of a drag. However, I've just found what looks like an awesome flat in casa de campo.. it's 850 per month with 3 rooms (1 massive double, 1 I think is a queen and 1 single).
This is well within my budget to share with 1 other person. Anyone interested? I'm a young English guy,, studied Language and Literature at university. I like culture, yoga, cooking, meditation, philosophy/religion, reading etc. Not a big fan of TV or sports, though I'm not averse to anyone who is! I teach English here and am looking to stay for one year, until june/july 2016, so I want to live somewhere that can be a home.. so far I have lived in 2 different rooms in four months and I'm looking for somewhere else. Looking to share with someone clean (though I'm not particularly fussy), relaxed, ideally with similar values and ideally looking to stay here for a while (only to save the bother of having to find more flatmates)! And of course, someone I can get on with.
Flatwise, I was thinking that we could initially cover the rent between two, but then think about getting a third person in, or keeping the room free for couchsurfers or temporary people?? The flat's got a massive living room with kitchen bit so this could be nice. Or we could keep it free for friends or something.. Like I say, half of 850 is within my budget so I'm not fussed.. Two things: it's about 15-20mins from any metro (principe pio), but there is buses 75 and 41 which can take you further into the centre for a connection with other metro lines. The second thing is that we would have to work out some sort of pricing thing based on who wants what rooms or something,, so that its fair.
If any of this sounds good to you send me an email and we can meet up somewhere and talk. Similarly, if you're looking for a flat-mate for a different flat and you think we could be a good match,, let me know, I'm open to other ideas of places to live,, though am looking for somewhere quietish + green + well connected + nice. hehehehe maybe I'm looking for too much but I know it's out there!
