SUBLETTING(subarrendamiento)IN PLAZA DE CASTILLA

Hi there! I am subletting my wonderful apartment in Plaza de Castilla for the month of July, August and September only. In total including all the bills, it is only 350 Euros per month! 

It would be a great place for the summer because i have a beautiful balcony!

No transferring money through the bank. You just have to give the rent to the landlady when she's around. She uses the main room as her workspace BUT she will be gone after her work is done. She DOESN'T live there. Usually, she is there from 10am - 6pm from monday-friday. Rarely on the weekends. But knowing its the summer, she probably would have less work and wouldn't stay long. 

So basically, you have the whole place to yourself. however this apartment is only meant for one person but of course you can always invite your friends to chill and such. 

If you need to come down and take a look at the place you are more than welcome to, but I would say to come down from now till before the first/second week of June.

Sin la transferencia de dinero a través del banco . Sólo tienes que dar a la renta a la patrona cuando ella está cerca . Ella utiliza la sala principal como su espacio de trabajo , pero ella se ha ido después de su trabajo está hecho. Ella no vive allí. Por lo general , ella está allí desde 10 a.m.-6 p.m. de lunes a viernes . Rara vez los fines de semana . Pero saber su el verano , probablemente tendría menos trabajo y no se quedaría mucho tiempo.

Así que, básicamente , usted tiene todo el lugar para ti . sin embargo, este apartamento es sólo para una persona, pero , por supuesto, siempre se puede invitar a sus amigos para relajarse y tal.

Si tiene que venir y echar un vistazo en el lugar que es más que bienvenido , pero yo diría que bajar desde ahora hasta antes de la primera / segunda semana de junio
