ROOMMATE NEEDED/BUSCAMOS COMPAÑERA DE PISO

Hola! Mi compañera de piso y yo (tenemos 31 y 24 años) buscamos una tercera persona para buscar pisos con nosotras por el centro. Buscamos en las zonas de Alonso Martínez, Bilbao, Quevedo, Tribunal, Noviciado, y La Latina. Nuestro budget es más o menos 350 euros/mes y ya que no hemos tenido mucha suerte con particulares, también estamos considerando usar un inmobiliario, así que si no estás dispuesta a pagar tu parte (un tercio del alquiler) de la mensualidad que cobran ellos, dínoslo, por favor. Es que ya estamos hartas de la búsqueda y queremos encontrar un buen piso ya. Pretendemos mudarnos el 1 de junio.

Hello! My roommate and I (24 and 31 years old)are looking for a third person to move to the center with us. We're looking in the Alonso Martinez, Bilbao, Quevedo, Tribunal, Noviciado and La Latina areas. Our budget is more or less 350 euros/month each and since we haven't had much luck renting anything from private owners, we're also considering using an agency. So, if you're not willing to pay your part of the month of rent that they charge as a finder's fee, please tell us. We're already sick of the apartment search and we want to find a good apartment now. Our goal is to move on June 1st.
