Hi, we are María and Iván, and we are looking foor a flatmate:

We rent a lovely suite-room with bathroom and dressing room within the same room. The room is spacious, bright, and within a large apartment situated in the heart of Madrid (110m2 aprox)..
The apartment has three bedrooms in total (each one with bathroom), a living room and a kitchen. The house is fully equipped; dishwasher, TV, internet 100mb, furnishings ...

Room + all expenses are included in the price, and it has central heating and doorman. It’s a third floor, without elevator, although it is projected for next year.

It is a super quiet, comfortable, and with all amenities, shops and supermarkets required area. There are 3 metro stops very close: Alonso Martinez, Bilbao, and Ruben Darío.

Our ideal flatmate would be with a profile similar to ours; between 23 and 33 years, very sociable, non-smoker (at home), single, looking for a family atmosphere, not just a room to sleep in. We are like a small family, we both work, and the weekdays we have a relaxed pace, but we also like to watch series together, dinners...
