Native English speaker seeks live in work/ intercambio

I am a 29 year old British male living in Madrid and I speak intermediate Spanish.I am looking to live with locals or Spanish speakers to try and better my language skills.I am able to work or do a language exhange to offest or minimise costs as I am unemployed and seeking work.I am very friendly,laid back and easy to talk to. I also have experience of living with people in shared accommodation and have a good awareness of different cultures and backgrounds.
