Native English teacher block hours Monday to Friday

We are looking for a native english teacher with a TEFL certificate for the following class.

Location: Metro Batan
Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays 13:00-18:00 , Tuesdays and Wednesdays 13:00 -17:00 and Fridays 13:00-15:00
Levels: A2-C1
Start date: 9/2/2015
