We are searching a new flatmate. We have a free room, it is furnished (bed, desk, closet, night table...), with window and heating. We also have a big kitchen and nice,brightly living room. 

The rent is about 360€. 

There are supermarkets near by. The metro station La Latina is 3 minutes away, and the 'Plaza Mayor' is 10 minutes away by walking. 

The are nice bars near by in the famous old town quarter La Latina.
