English Speaker looking for full time work

I am a native English speaker from the United States, looking for full time work. I have a degree and I am currently teaching private lessons to an 8 year old boy. Ideally I would like to work full time as a Language assistant however I am open to private lessons, nannying, etc. At the moment I have the entire day free until 5 pm.
