Baking 101: The Basics (Thanksgiving edition)
In this three hour course we will make three classic Thanksgiving desserts--crumble, sweet potato pie and pumpkin bread. You will learn the basic science behind baking and simple tricks and secrets as well as the story behind each dessert.  By the end of class you will have mastered the art of basic baking, have one dessert to share with family and friends and a handful of recipes.
