08:30 - 10:00 am Monday and Wednesday in company at Calle Lagasca, one on one 

08:00 -10:00 am Tuesday and Tursday in company at Majadahonda, small groups

13:00 - 14:30 pm Monday and Wednesday in company at Alcobendas, one on one 

12:00 - 14:00 pm Thursdays in company at metro La Moraleja, one on one 

15:15 - 18:15 pm Tuesdays in company metro Alonso Martinez, groups
