Looking for Roomate, 300/month Delcias

Hey! Im looking for a roommate come Sept 1!
3 bedrooom apartment close to Delicias. Rent is 300 a month plus utilities (utilities including internet usually 30-50 depending on usage). From Sept 1 till end of the year but you can stay longer if wanted (landlords are super nice and flexible). 
Room has closet, desk, single bed (although my roommate is trying to sell his double bed so there could be an arrangement, rooms big enough for a double) and exterior window (photos show all 3 rooms). Has 1 bathroom, kitchen (with oven) small balcony and living room. 5 mins to Delicias metro and about 7 mins to Cercanias. Lots of grocery stores and 25 min walk to Sol.
