Looking for a flat-mate (shorts and long terms)

Hola! Soy una chica española de 31 años, trabajo, soy tranquila, respetuosa y de fácil convivencia, busco un/a compañero/a de piso de similares características. 

El piso está reformado de hace 3 años y cuenta con todo: lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, televisión, teléfono, wifi... Hay supermercados muy cerca, tiendas, farmacias, y muy bien comunicado con líneas 5 y 6 de metro (vistalegre y oporto). Se llega a Callao en 15 min. 

La habitación es individual, cuenta con cama de 90, escritorio y un armario, es muy soleada. 

En el piso hay gatos muy majos por lo que es importante que te gusten!
