Studio Apartment In Lavapies 450 Euros per month

Hello, I am moving out of my studio apartment in Lavapies and am helping the property owner find a new tenant. The price is 450 euros per month and that includes wifi, heat and water. I pay extra for electricity which has usually cost me between 10 and 20 per month depending on the time of year. I will get some pictures posted later today or tomorrow, but if you are interested let me know. There is a washer for your clothes and the apartment is furnished with kitchen utensils as well. I have lived here for over 2 years, but am getting married and it is time to get a bigger place with my bride to be. I think you will enjoy the place. It is located at Calle del meson de paredes 53.
