I rent room for August, in a nice big flat with little terrace to work/study/dinner with friends, big dinning room & big kitchen with everything necessary (also dish washing machine for lazies). Room has private bathroom and big wardrobe. Metro stop San Bernardo (15 min walking from Gran Via, Plaza España, Moncloa). Price is 385€ including internet,electricity,gas.
