We have 3 rooms available in an amazing flat in La Latina - from 1st June! All three rooms are €450 a month (rooms 1, 4 and 5 on the link - room 1 has a special discount for summer).

The flat is 7 bedrooms, perfect for students or any sociable people. There is a living room with a big screen tv, 2 bathrooms, dining area and kitchen - with all equipment. 

We have loved living in this flat as it is in such an incredible location - close to all the bars and fun of La Latina, as well as being 10mins walking to Sol and Plaza Mayor, and 10-15mins to Palacio Real and Plaza de España, it’s the perfect location!!

All the rooms have double beds, a desk and wardrobes, and each one has balconies, so there is a lot of light in the rooms and perfect for summer.
