Really nice double room to rent in the city center!!!

Nice room with double bed and plenty of closet space to rent in a cosy 3-bedroom flat in the city center for only 310 Euro per month! There are two friendly Spanish guys living in the flat, so it's the perfect for foreigners who would like to practise their Spanish! It is also situated very close to the beautiful Retiro Park. I was really very happy here! I'm only moving out because my time in Spain has unfortunately come to an end... But I can highly recommend the flat and the flatmates. Such freedom and flexibility  is hard to find when living with others. 
Available from 1 June 2014, but I could move out a few days earlier if needed.
