ROOM AVAILABLE IN A GREAT HOUSE

We have a great double furnished room available in a fantastic house from 1st of June. The house is nice and big with three large bedroom, two bathrooms / shower rooms. Large living room and kitchen the rent is €300 per month which includes all bills and internet. 
We live close to Parque San Isidro and Vicente Calderon. The numbers 25 and 17 buses are are basically on your doorstep. We are a mixed flat off English, Spanish speakers. We're all pretty relaxed and easy to get along with and are looking for someone similar.
