Through the embodied practice of Scaravelli yoga Liz invites you into a relationship of depth with yourself where listening is cultivated, the body is honoured, and playful creative exploration is welcomed. 

Liz has been teaching for 19 yeras both in the UK and leading groups at home and abroad.  
Also a qualified Biodynamic Cranisacral Practitioner , she works hands on with students inviting the body to wake up and reveal its inherent well being movement and lightness.
