390€ BIG ROOM IN NICE HOME!! NEXT PZA MAYOR!!

Hi! Pepe (my dog) and I are looking for a flatmate to enter now.  It´s in the heart of Madrid (Pza Mayor), 5 min walk from Sol. It has a big living room, a bathroom and a big kitchen. Internet & telephone. Also central heating (important in winter). The room is big with high ceilings, a large window, very bright and silent ( interior). It has a double bed, a 3 door wardrobe and a desk. The house is big 90m2  very quiet and very bright. I`m looking for a cheerful, peaceful person that also loves dogs :).  Minimum stay 6 months.The price is 390€, plus expenses about 20-30€ (internet, telephone, electricity, water etc.) And a 100€ deposit.  If you are interested mail me:  mafalduchi@gmail.com

Hola!!! Pepe (mi perro) y yo buscamos compis de piso para entrar ya! La casa está en pleno centro, pegada a la Pza Mayor. Tiene 3 habitaciones, salón, baño, y una cocina!! Calefaccion, internet & telefono. Es 1 habitación grande con una cama doble y un armario de 3 puertas. Muy luminoso con gran ventanal que da a un patio por lo que es muuuy tranquilo (ya que es el último piso).  El piso de 90m2 está pegado al mercado San Miguel en una finca señorial antigua muy bien conservada y con portero físico. 5º piso con ascensor, muy tranquilo y muy luminoso. Busco a alguien que quiera convivir con buen rollito, tranquilidad y que le gusten los perros.  Estadías largas, mínimo 6 meses.
