Double Bedroom in flat in El Carmen, 330 euros plus bills

Hi,

I'm moving out of my flat at the end of June, and I'm looking for someone to replace me. It's a nice double bedroom which comes with three large wardrobes. The flat is nice and open; the living/dining room is nice and open plan, it has a good kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, and fridge-freezer. There are two bathrooms, one big and one small, both with toilets, sinks, and showers. It also has wifi and a tv in the living room.

The area, El Carmen, is very nice; the Plaza del Torros is a 5 minute walk away, and the flat is directly opposite a nice park. It's a quiet area, and safe. There are several supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, Euroski, Supersol, and Dia) within walking distance. There are also several gyms and banks nearby. By metro (Line 5) the city centre is a 15-20 minute journey away. 

You'd be living with Phil, a 25 year old English teacher from England. He's a really nice guy who's easy to get along with, and he also speaks Spanish and German very well. The other room, a single, is also up for rent as our other flatmate is also leaving.

The price, 330 plus one month deposit, does not include the bills, which would be split between the three of you.  If your interested then get in touch. While there's no minimum stay, the arrangement is that when you leave you'd have to find someone to replace you.
