Habitacion muy espaciosa y luminosa. Con cama de matrimonio, armario empotrado, mueble con varios cajones, estantería, mesilla de noche y mesa. El piso esta bien cuidado, es limpio y no tiene ningún desperfecto. El precio viene con la calefacción incluida (es central).

Somos una chica y un chico y no somos pareja. No fumamos y no admitimos fumadores ni animales. Buscamos persona responsable y que tenga sentido de la limpieza. Mejor si esta terminando la carrera o ya trabajando.

Disponible a partir de Junio. Necesitamos que la persona se quede al menos 2 meses.

Light and spacious fully furnished room with a double bed in a clean and well kept flat.

We are a Spanish boy and girl (not couple) looking for a clean and responsible flatmate, preferably who is in the final year of their degree or already working. We welcome Spanish or any other nationality although we would prefer non-smokers and somebody without a pet. 

The room is available from the start of June and the person would need to be able to stay a minimum of 2 months.
