One of our flatmate is moving out end of this month and we’re looking for a responsible and mature girl to move in for June 2013. We’re renting out a medium cosy room with a double bed in a 3 room shared flat (with 2 English teachers – a chico and a chica :D)
Flat is equipped with Heater, Hot water, Oven, Microwave, Big Sofa, Flatscreen, Washing Machine, Cooking Utensils and nice flatmates. :D
Within a 3 minutes radius walk, buses 1,12,C1,C2,43,48,72,73,N3, metro Diego de Leon (exit line 4 n 6), DIA, EROSKI, SUPERSOL, GIGANTE, Chinese,  kebab and Sushi restaurant downstairs. 
Within a 5 minutes radius walk, exit Diego de Leon line 5, buses 56,61.
