Nice external room in spacious and quiet flat in Madrid centre. Both the flat and the room overlook a quiet and beautiful internal garden. There's no street noise.
The area is very well communicated and close to most interesting sites, as well as bars and pubs.
Household has three housemates, all profesionals in their 30's.
Flatmates are open minded, sociable and respectful people. We like music, films and culture in general.
