BIG ROOM /PZA MAYOR/ FLAT FOR 2

Hello! Pepe (my dog) and I are looking for a flatmate to come in tha 1 of August! It´s in the heart of Madrid (Pza Mayor), 5 min walk from Sol. It has a living room, a bathroom and a big kitchen. Internet & telephone. Also central heating (important in winter). The room is very big high ceilings, a large window very bright and silent  ( interior). It has a 1.05 cm bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The house is very big 90m2  very quiet and bright. I`m looking for someone cheerful, peaceful  and that loves dogs, as Pepe - my dog-  is the 3rd flatmate. Minimum stay about 6 months.The price is 420 €, plus expenses about 30-50 € (internet, telephone, electricity, water etc.) And a month deposit.
