Flat is external, overlooking a quiet and sunny internal garden [there´s no street noise].

Living environment is very quiet and the flat clean and tidy. Housemates (3) are open minded, respectful and sociable people, all professionals in their 30's.

Flat has central heating.

Costs are not included (about 40 euros a month: water, elecetricity and wifi).
