Metro Nueva Numancia/Portazgo, Linea 1,  10 mins to Atocha.  3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and huge lounge room that backs directly onto a large attractive park (parque de tio pio) which has the best views of the city.  I am looking for someone to replace me in the flat as I am moving to the north west of Madrid for work. One flat mate will remain; he is a Spanish university graduate and is quiet, friendly and very easy going.  Non smoker preferred, no pets.  English and Spanish speakers only.
