LOOKING 4 ROOM IN HORTALEZA/CHAMARTIN/TETUAN

I am looking for a room in any of the above zones or anywhere north that is accessible to metro line 1 and Sanchinarro. The ideal apartment is a share with no more than 2 others (23-35, clean, respectful) with at least 2 complete bathrooms in a safe and calm yet convenient location (banks, supermarkets, post office, gym, park, etc). Maximum price I am looking to pay per month is 350 Euros/month. 

I am looking to move and settle in late January or February 1st.
