Room to let till end of February Spanish classes included

I am renting a nice room in a 3 room flat, living room, kitchen and bathroom, in the city center, preferably to a female and non smoker, next to Reina Sofia Museum and metro Anton Martin. I am a Spanish teacher,the rent 550€/Month inlcludes 2 hours/week spanish classes one to one and all costs and Internet.
