2-bedroom attic flat in chueca to rent

I am looking to rent my attic flat in Chueca from the 1st of February. There are 2 rooms, so it would be suited to a couple or friends. It's cute and there is a lot of light. The area is unbeatable- within walking distance of Gran Via, Sevilla, Tribunal and Chueca metros. 1 double room-415 euros/month, 1 single room- 360 euros/month. Both people moving in have to pay a 775 euro deposit upfront and sign a contract that says if they leave before the end of the year they will replace themselves.
