AN ENGLISH TEACHER IN NEED

Hi,

I´m about to start a job at a private school where I´ll be giving
conversational classes to kids.

My role is strictly to get the kids talking who will in theory have some basic knowledge of English. 

So I do need to come up with some good ideas for speaking / conversational
activities or games for the classes. Anybody know of some good websites 
that could help me here? Or, even better, anybody had experience in this 
specifically and can offer me some lesson ideas /advice ?

Unfortunately I don´t have any prior experience of teaching kids.
