HABITACION EN LA LATINA 390E

hola!! we are renting one of the rooms in our shared flat, right next to la latina metro station... the flats got 5 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom... the kitchen is fully equipped (new fridge, microwave, washing-machine, oven, dish washer...) and the room for rent is a big one with a double bed, nightable, a really big wardrobe and a desk..)  we are students and workers from germany, spain and france, with a really good vibe in the house, easy going people!... the flat's language is spanish but we all speak english as well... the room is available from now..  :))
